The phones we will use are Grandstream phones. They are the easiest to setup, tend to be on the lower end of the price buckets, and seem to last as long as other manufacturers.
For a basic business phone use the GXP2130 (click the picture to order from Amazon).
For a more advanced phone with extra extension buttons via a extension module, use the GXP2140 along with the extension module (INSERT). Typically, if you used this phone, it would be for the front desk. But it’s only real advantage over the 2130 is that you can add the extension module and enter the extension/phone numbers into the module so your employees would not need to remember them.
